About the role

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company and play a key role in providing top-notch service to our customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers always leave the interaction with a smile. Your work is varied and includes everything from answering questions about our services to solving problems and contributing to improvements in the customer experience.

Working hours

Full-time, daytime, Monday to Friday.

• Has experience in customer service or service-oriented roles.
• Is solution-oriented and has a positive attitude.
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
