About the roleIn the role of salesperson/business developer at Workz, you are a key person in finding new clients and business opportunities. You will sell our concepts and services primarily within staffing and recruitment. Your work involves creating new contacts and over time developing these relationships into long-term satisfied clients. You will collaborate with the rest of the organization to tailor solutions and ensure good results.
We are looking for youWe are looking for someone who is persistent, communicative, and results-oriented. You are driven by achieving set goals and have the ability to create long-term customer relationships. Your ability to adapt sales to market needs and be solution-focused helps you create new business opportunities. You thrive in a changing environment where personal responsibility and initiative are crucial for achieving results. We also see that you:
• Are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Have at least a complete high school education or equivalent.
• Have documented experience in new customer acquisition, service sales, and relationship building in B2B contexts.
It is also an advantage if you have experience selling recruitment services. Additionally, experience in customer service – whether internal or outsourced – is a plus.
