About the role In the role of case officer at Lendo, you will belong to a new team of about 6 people and report to the department's team leader.

Your primary tasks will include contacting customers who have previously been in contact with Lendo in order to help them find the best loan based on their individual situation. The phone is your main working tool where you, in collaboration with the customer, conduct a needs analysis and then assist with the application and follow-up of incoming bids.

About you To fit into the role of case officer, we see that you are a goal-oriented and meticulous person who is passionate about sales. You enjoy working towards clear goals and you are driven and proactive in achieving those goals. In this role, you will have a lot of customer contact, which means you must be relationship-building and persistent to deliver at the right level. Furthermore, you will belong to a team, which requires you to be a communicative team player.

Your profile - High school diploma - Experience working via phone - Experience in sales - Good computer and system skills - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope, working hours, and start date The position is a full-time employment, and you will be based at Lendo's beautiful headquarters in central Stockholm. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and you can also work from home about 2-3 times a week once you are comfortable in the role. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by Lendo with their excellent benefits and secure terms. For this role, Lendo applies a probationary period and background checks before contract signing.
