Senior Sales Executive – Setly

Setly is a market-leading player in digital business systems that helps companies streamline their processes and maximize their growth potential. We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Executive who wants to play a key role in driving our growth journey forward.

About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will have overall responsibility for identifying, developing, and closing business deals with new clients in the ERP and business systems area. You will work with complex business solutions and build long-term relationships with decision-makers at the executive level. Your role is crucial in positioning Setly as a strategic partner and helping our clients achieve their business goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and prospect new clients and industries where Setly's solutions can create value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Managers, Accounting Managers, Controllers, and Operations Managers
• Lead complex sales processes, including needs analysis, tailored presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, consulting services, and customer support to ensure that client needs are met
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive conditions to provide advice and strategic insights to clients

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in successful sales of SaaS, ERP systems, or other complex business systems
• Has a proven track record of driving and closing large business deals with executive-level decision-makers
• Is skilled at building trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Possesses a strong understanding of business processes and how business systems can help optimize operations
• Has excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Works proactively, results-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic and changing environment
• Has experience working in an international context and feels comfortable leading discussions in English and Swedish
