ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a driven and service-oriented customer service representative on behalf of our client. The company is a well-known player in the fuel industry with stations across Sweden. You will be part of a wonderful and close-knit team of 5 people who work together to create the best possible service and customer experience for their private customers. The team consists of lovely and social colleagues who enjoy having fun together at work. Here you will be part of an exciting and secure company with good values that highly values all its employees!

Important info

  • Working hours: 07.50 - 16.30 (40 min lunch)
  • Remote work is not possible

You will be offered a solid introduction at the beginning of the position to get the best possible conditions. You will receive support from the team as well as your immediate reporting manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Manage invoice, balance, and receipt questions
  • Handle technical questions about the customer’s payment app
  • Handle product inquiries and error reports
  • Collaborate internally with case follow-up

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed upper secondary education
  • Has previous work experience in service that is deemed relevant
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
  • Has good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Previous work experience in support or customer service, where the primary working tools were phone, chat, and email
  • Previous experience/knowledge in case management systems

Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or being self-taught.
