ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a large energy company in the Stockholm region. Today, more than 800,000 Stockholm residents and over 400 hospitals, data centers, and other businesses are connected to the district heating network, linked to our client's heating and combined heat and power plants from Högdalen in the south to Brista in the north. Together, they drive Stockholm forward with the potential to become the world's first climate-positive capital. We are currently looking for a maintenance engineer for our client's site in Hässelby.

You will work at a company that is now gearing up to increase the already high proportion of renewable and recycled energy and strives to be a leader in the industry regarding sustainability issues from a broad perspective. Our client aims to be a pioneer in the industry by driving and leading projects in an environment where individuals and teams grow and develop together.

This is a temporary position with an immediate start date until the end of August 2025.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Develop maintenance on the mechanics side regarding preventive, condition-based, and improvement maintenance.
  • Responsible for executing work from start to finish, i.e., prioritizing maintenance to ensure it fits within the budget both in the short and long term.
  • Assist with the procurement of maintenance services, plan revision work, quality review, update the maintenance system, etc.
  • Budget responsibility to adhere to a clearly defined area.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in a role as a maintenance engineer or equivalent tasks.
  • Has knowledge of pressure vessels and the legislation that applies to them.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in setting up maintenance in business systems such as Maximo, IFs, or similar.
