Who are you?

To thrive in the role of site manager, it is fundamental that you have a talent for leadership. You are flexible and can easily immerse yourself in new projects. We prefer that you have a background in one of the following areas: maintenance - new construction - extensions, and that you also have several years of experience in these types of services. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, result-oriented, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Additionally, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least five years of experience in a similar role or several years of experience in the construction industry.
Has good knowledge of the company's regulations AMA.
Communicates well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and has a good ability to be clear.
Has a B driver's license.

It is also meritorious if you have:

Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U and/or good experience with BIM model management.
Experience with programs such as Auto CAD Civil 3D or Novapoint.
Good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry AB/ABT, ABK, AMA system.
Previous experience working as a consultant.
