Experienced Site Manager in Construction and Infrastructure

Who are you?

We are now looking for someone with at least three years of experience in site management in the infrastructure/construction industry. To feel comfortable in the role, it is essential that you are self-driven and can quickly familiarize yourself with new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-oriented, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least three years of experience leading production as a site manager.
• Has experience in earthworks, construction, and/or infrastructure.
• Has good knowledge of the company's regulatory framework AMA.
• Communicates well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and has a good ability to be clear.
• Has a valid driver's license (B) as a requirement.

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U and/or good experience with BIM model management.
• Experience with programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Novapoint.
• Good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry AB/ABT, ABK, AMA system.
