Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a central role in creating value and success for our clients.

Your responsibilities include: Onboarding and follow-up

• Ensuring a smooth transition from sales to ongoing customer management.
• Introducing clients to our services and guiding them on their digital journey.
• Regularly following up on projects and presenting results as well as providing data-driven recommendations.

Customer care and relationship building

• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients through regular meetings and conversations.
• Identifying upselling opportunities and communicating these to the sales team.

Collaboration and project management

• Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure delivery according to agreements and high quality.
• Proactively working to improve customer experience and internal processes.

About you

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in customer relations, onboarding, or project management, preferably within digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and enjoys working directly with clients.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical approach to work.

Practical information

Position: Full-time and starting immediately

Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm

Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
