Sales Representative at Servicefinder

Servicefinder is a leading digital marketplace founded in 2006, aiming to make it easy for individuals and businesses to find local service providers. Through our platform, users can smoothly describe their needs and receive quotes from carefully selected providers in construction, renovation, cleaning, gardening, moving, and much more. Our team at the office in Sturegallerian, Stockholm, shares premises with Prisjakt and works passionately for quality and security at every step.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving new customer sales and taking our business to new heights. You will be responsible for the entire sales process within B2B, from identifying potential customers to closing the deal. The phone is your primary tool, but you also have support from modern systems and demo tools to reach out to new customers. Together with our Customer Experience team, we ensure a smooth transition and a good customer experience even after the deal is closed.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from analyzing customer needs to signed agreements.
  • Work primarily via phone with B2B customers.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and the Customer Experience department to maximize customer satisfaction.

Experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing is advantageous, especially in B2B.
  • Good computer skills and system understanding.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Location: Östermalm, Stockholm

Extent: Full-time

Salary: Base salary + commission/bonus
