As a Customer Representative in Customer Service, you play a crucial role. You are the ear to the ground and ensure that our customers' voices are heard. In your role, you are responsible for helping both private and business customers by primarily answering incoming calls, but also handling inquiries via email and chat.

Together with your engaged team, you take ownership of our customers' cases and strive to find the best solutions in every situation. By offering top-class service and a pleasant, professional approach, you create a positive experience for our customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in upselling and develop in a role where no day is like the other.

Some practical information

• You need to be over 18 years old and able to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.
• The position is full-time with a start date in February or March.
• We work from our beautiful 3house in the Globen area, Stockholm, during customer service hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 – 18:00, and you will be scheduled based on staffing needs.
