Who are you?

As a purchasing consultant, you will work with leading players in construction, including residential, commercial properties, renovations, and equipment. Therefore, it is important that you care about details, are analytical, service-oriented, communicative, structured, and take initiative. However, it is also important that you are a team player who can collaborate well with others in projects. We prefer that you have previous experience in purchasing within the construction sector.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a bachelor's degree in engineering/technical education in construction, technology, or industrial economics, or equivalent practical experience
• Has at least 4 years of experience working in contracting, either from other real estate companies, construction companies, and/or the contracting side or 4 years of experience in the civil engineering industry
• Has good knowledge and understanding of contracting and the contracting process. Contract law is particularly meritorious
• Possesses project knowledge
• Has previously applied AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09 and also has good knowledge in these areas
