About the job as an internal sales representative/customer receiver

You will be part of the sales department where you work with internal colleagues, customers, and partners. In your role as an internal sales representative, you will receive and handle incoming calls and inquiries from Ragn-Sells' existing customers.

Your job involves a lot of time in front of a screen and on the phone as you talk to clients, negotiate prices, and write contracts. In addition, you will provide quotes and manage related administration. You play a key role where you communicate daily with customers, colleagues, and partners.

Other tasks

• Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from existing and new customers
• Close collaboration with the weighmasters and production
• Create various internal order documents and declarations
• Write contracts with agreed prices and negotiate prices with customers
• Daily work within Office 365 and the DAX business system

Requirements for the position

• A high school education
• Fluent Swedish spoken and written
• Good English skills spoken and written
• Driving license B and access to a car
• At least one year of experience in sales or from the service industry

Previous experience in the waste industry is an advantage.
