Businessman/Woman Wanted at Forenede Service

Do you want to represent one of Sweden's largest service companies in cleaning and FM services? Forenede Service is focused on continued growth and is now seeking reinforcement!

We are looking for a businessman/woman to join our Stockholm office in Danderyd to help drive success in cleaning and FM services in the private market.

In the role of salesperson, you will represent and sell Forenede Service's entire service offering with a primary focus on cleaning services for the private sector. Your customers will be medium and large companies in various segments; retail, private schools, elderly care, warehouses, etc., within your geographical area.

You will be responsible for driving the entire business, which includes active prospecting through customer visits, digital meetings, and phone contact as part of your daily routine. You will report to the Commercial Manager.

Travel with overnight stays may occur.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Drive the development of the private customer market
  • Schedule and conduct customer meetings, calculate and offer creative Soft FM solutions that include cleaning, consumables, office supplies, coffee machines, fruit baskets, and mats, etc.
  • Negotiate prices and have a good understanding of finance and calculations.
  • Package sales to the operations organization through established routines in a handover process
  • Experience working with analysis as part of the sales process

About You:

To succeed, you need an already well-established network, a high level of business competence, and a good general understanding of a company's various processes and information flows. At the same time, you should be able to move freely at all levels with our customers. You are also used to working towards set budget goals with a results-oriented approach and focus on business.

To be a successful salesperson and thrive in the role, you are a distinct businessman/woman with strong initiative and commercial drive. You are motivated by closing deals and are accustomed to working in a structured and independent manner. You are quick, creative, solution-oriented, a strong negotiator, and a good communicator. You take pride in having long-term relationships and are therefore open and responsive to the needs of your customers and colleagues. Your tasks will also include collaboration with operations to create positive and well-functioning starts for customers and employees.

Of course, you are also interested in developing together with Forenede Service to advance yourself, our customers, and the company.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in field sales/Account management B2B within the private sector and Facility Management.
  • Experience in driving the entire sales process and building your customer portfolio.
  • Experience in managing your own projects; large and small
  • Familiarity with working with CRM
  • Good Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious:

  • Academic education; university, IHM, or equivalent is meritorious
  • Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are meritorious
