Junior Marketing Coordinator

Do you want to be part of Rental Group and drive marketing initiatives within equipment rental for a Norwegian/Swedish organization? We are looking for an engaged and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand and support our sales team in launching new products and services. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the agency on:

SEO and SEM:

• Optimize our online visibility through analysis and implementation of search engine optimization strategies.
• Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

• Update and optimize the website (WordPress) according to the marketing plan.
• Measure and analyze the effects of campaigns and continuously improve their effectiveness.
• Evaluate and analyze Rental Group's digital presence/visibility in both Norway and Sweden using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, and Hootsuite.

Image Bank and Content:

• Establish and maintain an image bank with high-quality images and videos.
• Produce and publish engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and print.

Coordination and Launches:

• Coordinate and collaborate with the sales team for the launch of new products and services.
• Be responsible for creating presentation materials, campaigns, and giveaways in consultation with the team.
• Plan and coordinate events in Sweden.
• Follow up and ensure the company's branding in Sweden aligns with the branding strategy.
• Coordinate and adapt Norway's materials to the Swedish market.
• Assist with internal communication within the organization.

Personal Qualities:

• Independent, proactive, and curious.
• Creative with the ability to think outside the box and innovatively.
• Structured and enjoys a varied and sometimes hectic workflow.
• Fluent in Swedish both in writing and speaking, with a good understanding of Norwegian.
• Has a good eye for design and understanding of graphic expressions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Education in marketing, digital marketing, or similar.
• Experience and a strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
• Experience or interest in photo and video production.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to work data-driven.
• At least a few years of experience in a similar role.
• Driving license B.
