Your Responsibilities

Are you an experienced and meticulous person with knowledge in rental administration? Täby Municipality is now seeking a consultant who can contribute their expertise in a role focused on contract law and administrative processes. As a consultant in rental administration, you will play a central role in ensuring the correct handling of rental agreements and associated processes. You will work with contract management, terminations, and renewals while maintaining close contact with both internal and external parties.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in rental administration and a deep understanding of legal issues related to residential rental agreements and contract law. You should be accustomed to working with assessed housing and municipal rental issues, as well as being meticulous and structured with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and experience in both independent work and teamwork are also important for success in this role.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in municipal operations and have experience with the property system LEB or similar. The assignment is a part-time position starting immediately. The duration of the assignment is 6–8 months with the possibility of extension, and the work will take place on-site at Täby Municipality.
