Main responsibilities
The role of a salesperson for BMW cars will involve independent work according to our sales process, from the first contact with the customer to the completed deal. You will work according to Bilia's customer promise – All the way – which aims to offer customers everything they need for car ownership, from financing and insurance to service subscriptions and tire hotels. Proactive work is a natural part of your daily tasks. You will meet customers in the showroom as well as out at events and over the phone. The main goal is to build long-term customer relationships with a positive and professional attitude.

What we expect from you
We believe you have several years of experience working with customers or service-related tasks, and experience in proactive sales is a merit. Post-secondary education in sales and marketing is advantageous. A B driver's license is required, as well as good computer skills. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We believe you are a successful salesperson who is goal- and result-oriented. You have the ability and willingness to find the best solutions for your customers. It is natural for you to work proactively and create new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with your customers. Employment type, scope, location
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probationary period. Placement at Bilia BMW in Smista. Working hours follow a rolling schedule, and weekend work is included.
