Description

We are looking for a driven and structured program coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment within the development of Sweden's power grid.

The role is a key position within program administration, where you will contribute to ensuring an efficient expansion of the Swedish electricity network. The assignment involves close collaboration with program leaders and project teams, where you will be a central part in supporting and relieving program management.

The client is facing a comprehensive expansion and modernization of the grid, which presents a unique opportunity to work with Sweden's energy supply in focus.

Responsibilities

As a program coordinator, you will:

Support program leaders and main project managers with administrative tasks, such as meeting planning, minute-taking, and preparing steering group presentations.
Ensure that the program's documentation complies with requirements and procedures.
Manage internal communication channels and keep intranet pages updated.
Contribute to planning, follow-up, and risk management.
Establish and maintain program libraries and support systems.
Follow up on deviations within programs and projects and drive improvement measures.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements are:

An academic degree in fields such as mechanical engineering, energy, civil engineering, or infrastructure (at least 120 credits/180 ECTS).
At least 1 year of experience in administrative work within projects or programs.
Solid experience with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable:

A higher academic degree (at least 160 credits/240 ECTS).
Experience in the public sector and working according to project management models such as PPS, PMI, or Prince.

Conditions

You will be employed by Q full-time and work on assignment for the client.

Location: Sundbyberg, with the possibility of remote work up to 50%.
Scope: Full-time (100%).
