About the assignment

We are looking for a customer support employee/purchasing support for our client in Stockholm. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia starting in February 2025 and lasting until September 2025. The working hours can be discussed and are either 100% or 50%. The working hours are 8 - 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 8 - 15 on Fridays. You will work at the client's office on Hornsgatan in Stockholm. There is some opportunity for remote work.

Your tasks

In this position, you will work as the purchasing support and customer support employee for the category group. You will assist customers in connection with call-offs from offers of framework agreements and services. You will work actively with existing customers but also try to find new potential customers. Purchasing support receives inquiries and guides customers on how they can call off from framework agreements. The purchasing support also helps the customer with contract interpretation, terms, or other questions related to purchasing decisions. The position includes 10 hours/week scheduled first-line support. Together with other customer support, you will answer questions via phone and/or email from customers. Examples of your tasks:

  • Participate in the work of gathering customer insights through customer meetings, activities, surveys, and document and communicate to your own organization
  • Analyze the customer's synergies in relation to our offers
  • Package offers in terms of customer benefits
  • Participate in the category group's work
  • Continuously be responsible for knowledge exchange within and across category group boundaries based on your competence and experiences
  • Provide active support during FKU and other call-offs
  • Support in contract interpretations
  • Match the customer's needs with framework agreements
  • Establish and manage call-off guidance in collaboration with purchasers

Your qualifications

  • Post-secondary education with a focus on economics, alternatively in procurement or purchasing
  • Your work experience can come from the supplier market or the ordering side
  • Experience of direct customer contact from e.g. retail, restaurant, or similar marketplace
  • Experience of qualified business analyses
  • Good knowledge of LOU

We are looking for someone with good communication and relationship-building skills. You can work independently, plan and organize your work, are creative, and have the ability to think strategically. You have a customer-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused approach. You have an interest in continuous improvement and development. Perhaps you have previously worked as a Key Account Manager, customer manager, or product specialist.
