The position with our client involves registering and managing lease agreements with careful quality assurance of contracts. You will be responsible for rent notifications, handling rent payments, and reconciling rent and customer accounts. The tasks also include debt collection management and regular contact with tenants to ensure good relationships and smooth communication. Additionally, you will collaborate with other parts of the management organization to ensure efficient and well-functioning property management. This is a longer assignment with our client, who is a Swedish real estate company focused on commercial properties. The placement is in Stockholm. Qualifications and Attributes For this position, we are looking for a structured and meticulous person with a strong service focus. You appreciate a role that involves many points of contact and preferably have experience in similar tasks within lease administration. Experience with the lease administration system 3L/Vitec is an advantage, as well as a good understanding of the financial flow in an accounting department. The client uses the system PM (formerly Fastnet). We particularly value candidates with experience in commercial lease administration or those who have a basic understanding of the specific tasks related to the position. It is important that you have insight into the processes surrounding commercial lease agreements and lease administration. As a consultant, you will go on assignments with our client and assist them during a project, a temporary need, or when they need extra expertise for any other reason. You will have the opportunity to contribute your experiences while also developing and broadening your own skills from various workplaces. Our consulting assignments can be both longer and shorter, and sometimes there is also the possibility of being permanently hired by the client company.
