We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and invoicing, with a good understanding of administrative processes. If you have previously worked with CRM or invoicing systems and are used to handling data with high accuracy, that is an advantage.

We are now looking for a person for the role of Service & Billing Support to strengthen Vattenfall's team within Operations!

This is a consulting assignment, which means that if offered, you will be employed by Academic Work. The position is full-time, 100%, based on office hours and the headquarters in Solna. The desired start is in early February, and at this time we can only guarantee an assignment period until the end of August. For this position, we offer all candidates an hourly-based monthly salary that should average around 22,000-23,000 SEK/month as overtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

In this role, you will work administratively. You will ensure quality services and correct invoicing to Vattenfall's customers. For example, your tasks may include:

Handling invoices
Administration of payment cards
Pricing and creating discounts in internal systems
Updating customer data in internal systems

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has work experience in customer service and invoicing and good experience in administrative work
Has completed high school
Has good language skills in Swedish and English as the company has an international focus and you are expected to handle tasks in both Swedish and English

Vattenfall is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, therefore many of their services are security classified. If this position is security classified, a security review will be conducted before the assignment can begin, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
