We are now looking for an Associate Partner for our Private Sector Advisory team who will support us in expanding our operations in Sweden. This role will have a specific focus on helping Swedish companies with their Ukraine-related plans and activities.

Job Requirements (mandatory):

· You have 7+ years of experience in management consulting.

· You hold a master's degree in business administration, international economics, or similar fields.

· You have a solid track record in developing go-to-market strategies and working with international growth initiatives for private companies.

· You can demonstrate success in generating sales from private companies in Sweden and internationally, with a proven ability (which can be validated for previous periods) to generate at least 300,000 EUR in value-added revenue annually through your existing network or through proactive sales activities.

· You are ready to support Swedish companies with their go-to-market strategies in Ukraine, backed by previous experience working in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Ukraine, with both private and public stakeholders, and your strong command of English and Ukrainian.

· You possess strong leadership skills, with a documented history of leading teams of 5+ employees on an ongoing basis.

· You are committed to delivering fact-based recommendations and providing high-quality corporate advisory services that create tangible value for your clients.
