PRIMÄR is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Cleaning Services.

As a group, Primär is large enough to have the resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to be customer-oriented and flexible throughout Sweden. We are both specialists and generalists – our various business areas are at the forefront in their respective fields – whether it concerns coffee at work, specialized cleaning, ventilation, or installing coaxial/fiber cables from our technical department.

Since its inception in 1987, PRIMÄR has grown into a nationwide company and is now one of Sweden's largest property management and facility service companies. Currently, we have about 800 employees and generate nearly 700 million SEK in revenue. Our headquarters is located in Gothenburg, but we operate in large parts of the country.

As a service employee/receptionist at PRIMÄR SERVICE MANAGEMENT, you will be part of a team that collectively is responsible for commitments in our assignments to customers. You will work in the daily operations of our service offerings, primarily in the reception. Your tasks will include receiving and registering visitors, notifying recipients, receiving bids and packages, answering questions, and directing internal and external visitors, as well as being responsible for the environment in the entrance and reception area. Additionally, you will handle some administrative tasks.

Other tasks we manage in our assignment for our customer include:

• Mail/goods reception
• Catering
• Waste management
• AV support
• Office services, replenishing office supplies
• Coffee machine service, replenishing accessories

Depending on the staffing situation, you may also be required to assist with these tasks.

Your profile/attributes
We are looking for someone who already has experience working in a reception or with similar tasks. The role demands a high level of customer service towards clients and colleagues, as well as accuracy and flexibility. You are solution-oriented and thrive in an independent role. Furthermore, you are flexible, unpretentious, and willing to pitch in where needed. Given the many routines and significant responsibilities in what we do, you need to be quick to learn new things and be receptive. You are accustomed to quickly switching between different tasks, prioritizing, and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

You should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, have basic knowledge of English, and be a proficient user of the Office suite.

We are now looking for staff who can work full-time on weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, but also staff who are open to working extra as needed.
