ABOUT THE POSITION

As a product and image coordinator at Mockberg, you will be responsible for ensuring that all upcoming products are launched with correct and complete information in their system, as well as ensuring that image and marketing materials are in place for all relevant stakeholders. You will work between design, production, marketing, and sales to ensure that each product launch is successful.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities

Product Data Management

• Ensure that all product information (dimensions, weight, material, color, price, drawings, product texts, images, and genre) is correct and updated in the system
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure correct data is entered on time
• Work with Excel to structure, analyze, and manage product data effectively

Preparation for Photography

• Create detailed lists of products to be photographed
• Ensure that lists for photo sessions contain correct instructions about products, angles, and specific image requests from the team
• Check that all products are in place before photo sessions

Image Management and Distribution

• Organize product images, model images, and other images in the correct format, names, and folders
• Ensure that stakeholders (PR, content creators, marketing, retailers) have timely access to the right image materials

Support for Marketing and PR

• Coordinate with content creators and PR teams to ensure they have products to work with
• Ensure that product images are available for the creation of printed materials

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at university for a degree in business administration or an engineering program with at least 18 months left of your studies
• Has previous work experience in product coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role within fashion or retail
• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Has excellent knowledge of Excel (data management, pivot tables, and analysis)
• Has excellent language skills in Swedish and English
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with different teams
• Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

It is a merit if you have previous experience working in product or image management systems.
