About the Role

Do you want to help homeowners save energy while doing something good for the climate? We are now looking for a Salesperson/Energy Advisor for our Stockholm hub. As an Energy Advisor at DREM, you will help homeowners choose the right heat pump for their home (Air-Water and Ground Source).

In this role, you will be part of the sales team, which is DREM's core team. Together with your team colleagues, you will work to help the customer save money by providing the right solution for their home.How the Job Works

We have created a completely digital sales journey, which means you will work on your computer from our new office in Södermalm and engage with customers who have contacted us through our digital platform. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey. It starts with a virtual home visit via video, where you gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs and the house's conditions. In the next step, you will create solution proposals for the customer, which is done with the support of our digital tools and calculation systems, as well as collaboration with experienced colleagues and partners from both the manufacturer and installer sides.

We are now also expanding our services to offer field visits to our customers. With these visits, we strive to understand the customer’s specific needs on-site and deliver tailored solutions. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer customization.

When the customer decides which solution(s) they want, you will assist them in placing an order and then hand over the project to the Operations Manager.

We Are Looking For You Who

• Is passionate about sales and helping customers
• Is social and enjoys working with other people
• Is goal-oriented and has a strong work ethic
• Has a strong drive and solves problems as they arise
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It Is Particularly Meritorious If You

• Have knowledge and experience in heat pumps or energy
• Experience as a field salesperson, preferably in the solar industry
• Have experience in complex sales to private individuals, e.g., technical sales or insurance
• Are interested in energy and climate issues
