You will be involved in the patients' care planning regarding permissions and team discussions.

Education & Learning Opportunities:

To maintain competence, we offer, among other things, lunch lectures on interesting and current topics.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment, day/evening and weekend shifts. Full-time 37 hours/week, or as agreed. A probationary period may apply.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant, with a certificate of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, and who has experience working with patients with eating disorders, either from somatic, psychiatric, or specialized eating disorder care. We consider it an advantage if you have completed care assistant training with a focus on psychiatric care and have experience with patients with autism spectrum disorders or PTSD. If you are a certified CPR instructor or Bergen instructor, that is also an advantage. Likewise, previous practical experience with somatic examinations such as venous blood sampling and EKG, as well as knowledge of the TakeCare journal system.

Personal Qualities:

You have a genuine interest in people. You use conversation as a tool in patient work and focus on patient-centered care. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and we hope you are a person who shows commitment and initiative in your work. You are unpretentious, loyal, and have good social skills. You care about the work environment for the team and want to create a pleasant environment for everyone. As the care department is in the startup phase, there is a need for flexibility and a willingness to participate in the creation process of the care department.
