Work as a Safety Guardian in SL's Public Transport this Summer!

Do you want to contribute to a safer and more secure society? CSG is now looking for safety guardians for SL's public transport during the summer of 2025!

Your Role as a Safety Guardian

As a safety guardian, you will work on-site in various vulnerable areas within public transport. Your main task is to create safety through visibility, presence, and relationship-building with passengers and contractors. Together with a colleague, you will prevent problems and contribute to a safer environment for everyone.

To succeed in this role, you need to have good social skills, be responsible, and be able to make quick and well-considered decisions in stressful situations.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years old
• At least two years of work experience
• Trained security guard (at least basic security training 1)
• Experience from other industries or work in vulnerable areas is an advantage
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Multilingualism is an advantage

Working Hours

• Sunday - Thursday: 14:00 - 01:00
• Friday - Saturday: 16:00 - 03:00

Employment Types

We are looking for both on-call employees and staff who can work full-time during the holiday periods.

Important Information

Before employment, a security check with a background check will be conducted. You must also be approved by the County Administrative Board for work in an authorized security company.

Holiday Periods

• June 2 - June 29, 2025
• June 30 - July 27, 2025
• July 28 - August 24, 2025
