This role requires a responsible and self-driven individual with good technical skills in outdoor environments and safety, particularly in playgrounds and public areas. The person must be able to handle both practical and administrative tasks, as well as collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain and improve the properties' outdoor environment. The job responsibilities include quality monitoring, handling of reported issues and orders, as well as working with tree care plans and GIS systems. The individual will also contribute to budget work, procurement, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality of maintenance, actions, and conduct field inspections.
• Lead and follow up on operational meetings and site inspections with suppliers.
• Manage incoming cases, inquiries, and reports of issues.
• Review invoices, self-checks, and operational reports.
• Maintain safety in play areas and their equipment.
• Plan and coordinate actions according to inspection protocols and tree care plans.
• Work with GIS and mapping systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external suppliers.
• Contribute to operational and maintenance plans, budget work, and procurement.
• Report and document in Tornberget's systems.

Requirements:

• Education in gardening and/or landscaping or equivalent experience.
• Driver's license (B).
• Experience in outdoor environment work, operations, and maintenance, preferably within public administration or the real estate sector.
• Training in safety and maintenance of playgrounds (Hags Academy) or similar.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to express oneself verbally and in writing.
• Bas U / Bas P.

Meritorious:

• Competence in any of the areas of plants and landscaping.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, which means that the position may be filled before the closing date.This is a temporary position for 6-12 months where you will be hired as a consultant through Arena Personal to Tornberget's Properties AB in Haninge.
