In the role of Security Personnel, you are the airline's face to the public and the first person passengers meet. To thrive in this role, you enjoy collaborating with others, are solution-oriented, and responsible. You are a person of great maturity, without a criminal record, and proactive with good service skills and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma

- Swedish citizenship and a clean criminal record

- Able to travel to Arlanda early in the morning

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English - additional languages are a plus.

- Able to undergo drug and alcohol testing without issues

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

To fit the role of Security Personnel, you need to be able to work independently but also have good teamwork skills and enjoy being a problem solver. As a person, you are meticulous, organized, outgoing, and service-minded. A prerequisite for success in the position is that you are stress-resistant as the workload can be high at times. Since the work is outward-facing and involves daily contact with people from all over the world, social competence and communicative ability are required, meaning you are attentive, clear, and can adapt your message to the recipient and situation. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are recruiting for courses starting at the end of March. After completing and passing the training, you will be offered a temporary position of 50% - 100% from June and during the summer until October, with the possibility of extension and a higher employment rate. Salary according to collective agreement. The training takes place at Arlanda and is free of charge.

The airport is a security-classified area, and therefore you will be checked according to the airport's regulations. This will involve a background check via the Transport Agency, and you need to be able to account for your employment over the last 5 years.
