We at Securitas are currently looking for a Night Team Leader for AstraZeneca in Södertälje. Here, together with other team leaders and managers, you will work to create the right conditions for our employees. In the role, you will work as a guard, but your main task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out the daily work in the best possible way.

Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-knit teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.

You will for example:

• lead and plan the daily work effectively for our stationary customer
• be involved in vacancy resolution and BO optimization
• manage the daily contact with the customer
• ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to

Requirements

• You are an educated guard, at least VU1
• Have experience from the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience in leadership
• Good knowledge of the geographical work area that the position covers
• Experience from our support systems (e.g., Tools, GSP)

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns compliance with the law, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

For most roles, a B driver's license is also required.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
