DOZ e-pharmacy is looking for a service-oriented pharmacist who wants to contribute to people's health.

You will be stationed at our e-pharmacy in Järfälla, which was established in March 2022. The team consists of a diverse group with broad expertise and a culture characterized by joy at work, customer focus, and engagement. Team members support each other and share their knowledge.

Our opening hours: weekdays 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday – Sunday 10:00 - 18:00.

Responsibilities

In the role of pharmacist at the e-pharmacy, you will work alternately with prescription handling, qualified advice on medications and self-care, as well as sales via email and phone. You provide excellent service, act with commitment and credibility, and assist our customers based on your pharmaceutical competence and expertise. The work also includes tasks involving lifting, picking, and packaging goods.

Other areas of work:

- Continuously work on improving routines and processes

- Guide and support colleagues with questions and make safe pharmaceutical assessments

- Actively work to create added value for our customers and provide professional service

- Stay updated and informed about our campaigns and new products

Qualifications

You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have good collaboration skills, are solution-oriented, and respond to challenges that arise in your role as well as in the business, are very meticulous, and ensure that no important and critical details are missed.

You have an interest in development and want to be involved in helping to develop our business system, automation, and related processes. We will introduce a new business system in 2025 that will create interesting opportunities.

You actively contribute to a well-functioning team and assist your colleagues with shared tasks. You have an interest in staying updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication fields and can convey your knowledge to your colleagues.

Experience in e-commerce/warehouse is an advantage.

You read, write, and speak Swedish fluently and speak English fluently.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, or as agreed.
