About the role

As a pharmacist at the Farsta Centrum Pharmacy, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

The Farsta Centrum Pharmacy is a lively and commercial pharmacy located right in the heart of Farsta, where shopping meets health. Here we meet a mix of regular customers who appreciate our personal service and visitors from the shopping center's vibrant customer flow.

With a total of 12 dedicated employees, including 7 pharmacists, we offer high-quality and secure service in both prescriptions and self-care. We are also proud to be a student pharmacy, where we welcome and mentor many students who want to develop their skills and build a future in the pharmacy industry.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
