We are now looking for 3 nurses who want to be part of the opening of Villa Telegrafen in Nynäshamn in October 2025. The position starts with introduction days on September 23, 2025.

About the roleYou are the spider in the web regarding the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.

Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's team leaders who are responsible for the care staff. Our team leaders also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.

Clear routines To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is comprehensive support in the form of practical and accessible routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into the work and our routines.

About Villa Telegrafen

The residence has 50 apartments and is located near the sea and services in Nynäshamn. Each department has a shared kitchen and pleasant areas for socializing and meals. For outdoor activities, there is a shared courtyard and rooftop terrace. Your experience and knowledgeYou are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires that you have both an overview of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
