Great Security is in a very expansive phase with many projects in Sweden and needs to strengthen our service team in Kista with a service-oriented and structured service coordinator, who, together with us and our customers, wants to create a safer society.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of a team that together handles service requests regarding technical security systems such as mechanical and electronic locks, door automation, burglary alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and fire indication. The primary task is to receive and respond to various service requests and orders via phone, email, and web, and then plan and distribute the work to technicians and subcontractors. Technical support via remote access as well as smaller project planning and quotation work is also included.

There may be high workloads at times, and it is essential that you can maintain calm, service orientation, and prioritization skills. This is a position for you who enjoys acting as the spider in the web and practicing your social skills and technical mindset.WHO YOU ARE

You come from the security industry and preferably have a technical background. Experience with systems such as ARX, RCO, SPC is an extra merit. It may also be that you have worked as a technician and feel ready to step into the office and challenge your administrative and social skills. Regardless of your background, you need, in addition to technical competence, a natural service orientation, a structured way of working, and high prioritization skills.

We assume that you are computer literate and have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Security screening including background checks, register checks, security screening interviews, and special personal investigations may be conducted before/for the final candidate's employment. For certain positions, there are requirements for Swedish citizenship.
