ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a B2B Support Specialist on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and initially lasts for three months with good chances of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Support Specialist in B2B, you will be responsible for executing and developing administrative processes. You will handle daily administration concerning orders, invoicing, and customer and supplier relations, while also working to optimize and improve workflows and routines. You will also be responsible for price management, where you follow up and adjust prices based on market conditions and the company's pricing strategy.

You will closely collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear and effective communication and contribute to the implementation of new routines and processes. An important part of the role is to support our local pharmacies and ensure that both the customer and pharmacy are at the center of all parts of the work, to create long-term and good relationships.

• Customer and pharmacy support: Help and support both customers and pharmacies by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they receive the help they need.
• Case management and follow-up: Administer and follow up on cases related to invoicing, pricing, product management, and other business-related issues, while ensuring that SLAs and deadlines are met.
• Pricing and customer relations: Set and adjust prices for corporate customers and work closely with other departments to ensure that pricing is competitive and accurate.
• Internal communication and collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as finance, customer service, and logistics, to solve problems, identify areas for improvement, and optimize flows.
• Negotiation support and administration: Support supplier negotiations through administrative work, including documentation, follow-up, and compilation of information to facilitate decision-making.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work.
• Has work experience in support, customer service, order management, or other equivalent roles, with related administration.
• Has good data and system skills and a technical understanding.
• Has basic knowledge of the Office suite.
• Enjoys a role where you can identify and improve workflows and processes.
