We are now looking for a receptionist/conference host for our client, an educational company.

YOUR ROLEIn the role of receptionist/conference host, you will act as a lunch substitute and be responsible for delivering world-class service to visitors and internal colleagues. You have an important role as the face of our client to external visitors. You will also answer incoming phone calls, handle administrative tasks, and keep all conference areas clean and welcoming.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and receiving visitors
• Switchboard management
• Ordering lunches and pastries
• Handling dishes after served lunches
• Preparing for and after meetings/conferences
• Contact with suppliers and couriers
• Mail handling

You meet the following requirements:

• Have previously worked in service-oriented roles and/or as a receptionist
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish
• You see yourself in a part-time position long-term
