Our client is located in modern and bright premises in Solna and offers a hybrid solution where you work in the office three days a week. You will become part of a knowledgeable team with good cohesion.

Type: Consulting assignment initially for 6 months with a good chance of extension or takeover

Your assignment As a payroll specialist with our client, you will work with the entire payroll process for both collective and salaried employees. You will be an important part of a payroll team of about 10 people who work together to ensure correct payroll payments and handle various payroll-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire payroll process from time reporting to payroll payment and after-reporting
• Work with payroll for both salaried employees and collective workers
• Perform checks and ensure that salaries are paid out correctly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the payroll process runs smoothly

Your background We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration and preferably a relevant education, such as a YH education or equivalent. You have worked with various collective agreements and have good knowledge of Excel, where you master pivot tables and functions like VLOOKUP. A background in outsourcing is an advantage. Experience with the payroll system POL and handling larger volumes of payroll is also highly meritorious.

As a person, you are meticulous and detail-oriented, while also being positive and solution-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and in a team and have the ability to handle a dynamic work environment. Your good communication and collaboration skills create an effective work climate, and you are curious and open to learning new things.
