Customer and Order Reception/Billing/Administration.

We are a small glass workshop with a workshop and office located in Lidingö. We are looking for a colleague for our order reception for a part-time position. You will share the office duties with another colleague.

The office hours are Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:00 and Friday 07:00-16:00. Working hours will be divided among you by agreement.

The tasks are varied and mainly include order reception, customer reception, logistics, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. It can be somewhat stressful, so it is good if you enjoy juggling multiple tasks. Part of your job will be to provide advice on glass solutions, so experience from the construction industry is welcome, but the most important thing is that you are eager to learn, find glass work to be an interesting field, and have a commitment to customer service.
