About the position

For our client Vattenfall, we are now looking for a Service and Billing Support. You will play an important role in ensuring that customers receive correct billing and service. The position involves working with a range of administrative tasks that are crucial for the processes within billing and customer service to function smoothly.

The position is temporary, starting from 10/2-2025 and ending on 29/08-2025.

Your main responsibilities

As a Service & Billing Support, your main responsibilities will be related to billing and administration in Vattenfall's systems. Your tasks will include:

Billing management: Ensure that invoices are generated correctly and on time.
Administration of corporate cards: Manage and follow up on usage and transactions.
Create discounts and implement price changes in the systems.
Update customer data in the systems, which may involve larger one-time tasks related to specific projects.
Other administrative tasks that may arise in connection with billing and customer service.

The work involves frequently dealing with detailed and precise information, requiring a high level of data quality and accuracy. You will have the opportunity to work independently, but also collaborate with others in Vattenfall's organization to ensure that all processes function effectively.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

Are structured, meticulous, and have an eye for detail and data quality.
Are self-driven and can take responsibility for your tasks without constant guidance.
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Have at least a high school education.
A university degree is an advantage but not a requirement.

Meritorious:

Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience testing in Microsoft Dynamics or similar business systems.
Experience in billing management and administrative tasks in a similar role.
