We are currently looking for payroll administrators for proactive purposes for our clients! We can offer both recruitment and consulting assignments. Our clients are in several different industries, and the assignments can be both full-time and part-time.

Your responsibilities

As a payroll administrator, your tasks may include:

Payroll administration from start to finish
Reporting to authorities
Accounting of salaries
Collective agreement issues
Payroll processing
Administration

Your profile

We prefer that you have a relevant education in payroll, as well as several years of experience in the role of payroll administrator. You should have worked with the entire payroll chain, from payroll calculation and reporting to handling taxes and benefits. Experience working with both collective agreement employees and salaried employees is an advantage, and if you also have experience managing multiple collective agreements, it is a big plus.

To thrive in the role, we see that you are unpretentious and have the ability to take responsibility for your work. You are driven to deliver high quality and have a structured and meticulous work method. You are flexible and can handle changes while maintaining a focused and efficient working style. A good ability to collaborate and a willingness to always find solutions to improve processes are also important qualities for success in this role.
