Are you a lawyer ready to make a difference? We need more lawyers who can think creatively and contribute to the development of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. We currently have 6 process leaders in the Department of Sickness Insurance located in Stockholm and Malmö. We are now developing our operations and need to expand our team.

Negotiations, legal issues, feedback

As a process leader in the Department of Sickness Insurance, you represent the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in social insurance cases in administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal. In collaboration with the department's legal experts, you will appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court. The work involves both written processing and oral negotiations in administrative courts. As a process leader, you participate in various preparations of referrals. You also work with feedback to different operational areas within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

In the role of process leader, you handle confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong sense of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a law degree
• is qualified as a notary or has equivalent competence, such as other experience in court or in review and/or appeal processes within an authority
• has good collaboration skills and can act on their own initiative
• is proactive and takes responsibility for results with high quality
• has a systematic and meticulous working method
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• communicates clearly, concisely, and structured.

It is advantageous if you

• have current experience in court processes in social insurance cases
• have good knowledge of administrative procedural law and social insurance law.

A position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment.
