Valtria Sweden AB, part of the French Clauger Group, continues to grow and is now looking for a Project Manager who will play a significant role in Valtria's continued growth in Sweden. In the role of Project Manager at Valtria, you will have a crucial and leading position in delivering turnkey clean room projects. The projects encompass everything from initial design to handover of completed clean room projects where Valtria often takes full responsibility as a general contractor. Your tasks

Your role as Project Manager includes participating in customer contact and the bidding phase, project planning, financial follow-up, purchasing, and contact with all suppliers, as well as ensuring that the projects meet their deadlines to the customer. In summary, your responsibilities include:

• communicating, engaging, and motivating all involved in the project.
• having structure, planning, and coordination responsibility.
• controlling clean room projects of varying complexity and size.
• driving projects from the customer's specifications to final implementation and commissioning.
• being responsible for various commercial contacts with both contractors and suppliers.
• performing financial planning and project follow-up.
• developing customer relationships and promoting further sales opportunities.
• being responsible for the work environment in your projects.
• having projects primarily within Sweden, but there may be projects in nearby countries such as Norway and Denmark.

Good to know

You will be based at the office in Kista and will coordinate and report to the Country Manager. You plan your own time and have the freedom to organize it in a way that you believe best suits your tasks, but you should still be available for your colleagues and other contacts. This may sometimes mean that you need to work beyond regular office hours and weekdays.

Travel is involved in the position, primarily within Sweden.

Our expectations

To be considered for the role, you must have several years of experience as a project manager and HVAC, preferably within the process industry with a particular focus on clean room technology, or other relevant experience. A valid driver's license B and good knowledge of Swedish and English are also required.

It is advantageous if you also have experience in construction law and specific knowledge in building installations. It is also beneficial if you have knowledge in the design of ventilation systems.
