Lantmännen Fastigheter is one of Sweden's larger property companies with approximately 150 properties in 80 locations and a total area of 1.3 million square meters. Just over half of the premises are used within the Lantmännen group, while the rest are rented out externally. We are growing and are now looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Stockholm. With us, you will be part of a strong brand that is constantly evolving!

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Manager with us, you will take overall responsibility for part of our varied property portfolio, which includes production facilities, logistics properties, offices, and retail spaces in central and northern Sweden.

Your role includes ongoing property management, budget and financial responsibility, lease negotiations, procurements, and driving investment and development projects. You will also contribute as a member of our internal technical group that provides technical expertise to all regions.

You will be based at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stockholm but will travel regularly within your region, primarily on a daily basis. You will report to the Regional Manager Stockholm and be part of a team of 5 additional employees with broad expertise in property management and property development.

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

You have:

• Many years of experience in both technical and commercial property management, with a strong emphasis on technical management being highly meritorious. Alternatively, you have experience as a project manager and a strong interest in developing within management.
• Experience leading technical projects in areas such as maintenance, space adaptations, and renovations.
• Good experience in working with budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up.
• Experience in lease negotiations and procurements.
• Basic knowledge of lease law.
• Good language skills in both Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (B).
