About the Company
Thorn Svenska AB is an established consumer credit institution specializing in providing personal loans to consumers and conducting sales and financing of home electronics and appliances, with an annual turnover of 200 million SEK.
The company was founded in 1970 and belongs to the Danish 3C Retail group, which has over 200 employees in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Their goal is to offer their customers flexible solutions at a low monthly cost tailored to each customer's unique needs.
In Sweden, we are 25 dedicated colleagues working together in a family-like work environment at our office in Solna Strand. When you start with us, you will undergo an introduction and training regarding the regulations related to credit granting and insurance mediation, to ensure that you act in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
As a sales administrator at Thorn, you have a central and significant role in both the business and the customer journey, where your main task is to ensure a smooth application process all the way to the disbursement of the customer's loan.
Your responsibilities include administration and support such as handling and following up on customer agreements, document review, and loan disbursements. The role also involves a lot of responsibility as you are part of the team that conducts continuous checks on applications and assesses customers' financial conditions.
You work independently but collaborate daily with your colleagues and have a lot of internal dialogue and partner contact. You will be part of the Partner and Onboarding Support team, which consists of three people and is part of the sales department. The department consists of a total of 9 people. Together, you work to achieve your goals and provide the best possible service to customers. Your workday is varied, and you handle multiple application processes simultaneously in an efficient manner.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
· Good system skills, experience with Excel is a plus
· Experience in loans or insurance is a plus
· Experience in service or sales in retail or via phone
· You express yourself well in both speech and writing, in Swedish and English

Salary: Fixed salary + bonus for group performance
