Technical Campaigns Specialist

About the role and your responsibilities

As a Technical Campaigns Specialist, you will work independently and with great authority as part of a team of experienced specialists, managing, communicating, and administering technical campaigns for Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. As a Technical Campaigns Specialist, you have a significant impact and responsibility for the processes within this area of business and how the workshops deliver a premium experience for customers visiting them. In this role, you will report to the Team Leader Warranty & Customer Care.

Your main tasks

• Responsible for managing, administering, and providing instructions for technical campaigns.
• Responsible for communication and information to internal and external parties regarding technical campaigns, via digital presentations or mailings.
• Creating work routines and processes for dealers and service partners to ensure that customers receive the repair services and support they are entitled to, with a focus on customer experience.
• Data reporting and follow-up, with presentations for internal and external parties.
• Developing and driving improvement measures.

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, analytical, service-minded, and highly skilled in communication. It is crucial that you can work independently and take responsibility for driving your tasks while receiving and providing support from the team when needed. To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in automotive technology and are used to working in a structured, data-driven, and analytical manner. We believe you are someone who collaborates easily with others as you have many points of contact both internally and externally.

To qualify for the role, we see that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the service market for passenger cars with a general agent or service workshop.
• It is advantageous if you have worked with technical campaigns and warranty support.
• Solid technical knowledge and interest in vehicles.
• High accuracy in data management and extensive experience in reporting and analysis.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Have post-secondary education in a relevant field.

In this role, you will work as a consultant at Jurek Talents and be offered a parental leave contract for one year with a great chance of extension.
