Who do we see in the role of Recruitment Consultant?

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in economics, human resources, or similar.

You have worked with recruitment or consulting for at least a year and are now ready to take the next step in your career. You feel comfortable in a role with deadlines and a fast pace, where you successfully work independently and deliver high-quality projects within set timeframes. You have experience and are driven to strive towards set goals and KPIs. You also take the initiative to formulate your own goals, both for delivery processes and for your own development. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently. Previous experience working with economists as a target group, or personal experience from a finance function, is highly meritorious.

Your challenge

In the role of Consultant at Gazella, your main tasks will be:

• Drive recruitment processes, where you will have a representative and operational role responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and ultimately presenting competent economists to our client companies.
• Professionally develop and maintain long-term business relationships with candidates as well as clients.
• Identify new business opportunities to maintain and strengthen Gazella's network.
• Ensure speed and quality in all processes through good collaboration with colleagues in the team, where you work together towards common goals.
• Represent Gazella at various external contacts, such as different client and consultant events and other activities.
• Participate in the further development of our processes and other projects.
