About us
We are a growing company that operates several healthcare centers focused on delivering patient-centered care of the highest quality. Our healthcare centers are spread throughout Stockholm with units also in Enköping and Södertälje. We take pride in our dedicated team consisting of healthcare professionals and administrative staff who work together to make a difference for our patients.
About the role
As an HR specialist with us, you will play a central role in supporting our healthcare centers with personnel issues, recruitment, and other HR-related tasks. You will work both on-site at our units and remotely. You can also help prioritize which tasks need to be addressed.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and onboarding: Plan and execute recruitment processes for various roles, including advertising, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Personnel issues: Support managers and employees in matters related to labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and employee conversations.
- Training and development: Identify skills development needs and plan training initiatives.
- Policies and procedures: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are updated and implemented effectively within the organization.
- Work environment and well-being: Drive projects and initiatives to promote a good work environment and strengthen corporate culture.
- Administrative support: Manage personnel administration, such as employment contracts, absence tracking, and updating HR systems.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant university education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent.
- Experience in broad HR work, preferably within healthcare or another personnel-intensive industry.
- Good knowledge of labor law and recruitment.
- The ability to work independently, structure your work, and take initiative.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Meritorious is experience working in an organization with multiple units and knowledge of collective agreements within the healthcare sector.
