About the position:

We are looking for two dedicated and flexible assistants for two exciting assignments. To provide the right support, you need to speak fluent Spanish. The positions require you to be adaptable, responsible, and live close to Tullinge or Bagarmossen to facilitate commuting. Assignment 1: Personal assistant for a 24-year-old woman

• Lives with her family.
• Has autism and intellectual disabilities.
• May exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior, which requires you to be stress-resistant and calm. Experience with low-arousal approaches is an advantage.

Assignment 2: Personal assistant for a woman in her 66s

• Leads a calm and quiet life, with interests in books, computer use, and church visits.
• Needs extensive support in all daily tasks and in maintaining a safe and functioning everyday life.

To apply for the position, we expect you to:

• Be smoke-free.
• Be a woman aged 25–45 years.
• Speak fluent Spanish and Swedish.
• Have good physical condition and be able to swim.
• Be tolerant of pets (there is a cat in the home).
• Have previous experience in similar work.

As a personal assistant, you play an important role in creating a safe and functioning everyday life. Your main tasks include:

• Personal care: Assist with dressing and undressing, as well as support with hygiene and other care needs.
• Household chores: Be responsible for daily chores in the home, including cooking and cleaning.
• Meal support: Assist with serving, feeding, and other related tasks.
• Communication: Interpret and convey information when contacting external parties, which may include authorities, healthcare personnel, or other actors.
• Initiative: Contribute to a safe, stable, and pleasant everyday life by being proactive and responsive to the client's needs.

The position is a full-time employment where you will work in both assignments. Before transitioning to full-time, you will be employed on an hourly basis to ensure that you feel secure and well-prepared in your new role and meet the requirements we are looking for. The work is done according to a rolling schedule and includes all times of the day.
