Job Responsibilities

As a store employee, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in the grocery sector in Södertälje and surrounding areas. Here, you will experience an exciting and varied workday where you will work in different chains and stores, giving you unique experience and broad competence. Your tasks may include everything from greeting customers at the checkout, picking goods, to inventory. You will work in a flexible and varied work environment where no day is like the other!

Personal Qualities:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You have excellent communication skills and can meet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

When you work out with our clients, you quickly find your role and act professionally. For you, service comes naturally, and you understand that customers are the most important people in the store, showing this by meeting them in a helpful and accommodating manner.

Requirements

• To be employed in this position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Examples of another primary occupation include studies at least half-time (50%), part-time employment, self-employment, retirement, or elite sports. You will need to provide proof of your primary occupation before potential employment for this position.

Employment Type

As a part-time employee with us, you will enter your availability week by week. You should be able to work two to three days a week, primarily Monday to Friday during the day. Your schedule will consist of both planned and urgent shifts, which places high demands on your flexibility and availability.
