Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a female companion for a 19-year-old girl with an intellectual disability. The assignment includes 10 hours per month spread over 3-4 occasions, taking place on weekday afternoons and weekends. During the companionship, the user wishes to go to the cinema, dance, and have coffee. We are looking for someone who has great patience, is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with individuals in this target group is an advantage. During the companionship, you will engage in various activities outside the home with the user. Companion services are designed to facilitate cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including OB) varies between 180-210 SEK on weekends, 150-180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130-160 SEK on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will ask for references and a police clearance certificate.
